I would love to say that I’m a complex and complicated person, with deep passions-  but really, I feel like I just am who I am.  Nothing below the surface that I’m trying to hide, what you see is pretty much what you get.  And I love me that way.  Trying “too hard”  just seems like a lot of work to me.

I am definitely passionate about what I love; my kids, my husband, my writing, and my advocacy for kids with disabilities.  But that is where I choose to direct my energy- some days lots of energy and some days I am counting the minutes until bed.  But if the energy is going somewhere, it is usually to these special things that I love and that feed my soul.

I am a lucky girl to have found them.
